At Courtney's Clothes, we strive to make our fashion accessible and affordable for everyone. Our financing policy provides flexible options to help you manage your purchases comfortably over time.

Financing Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Financing is available for purchases totaling $300 or more.
    • Customers must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID.
    • A credit application must be completed, and approval is subject to a credit check.

  2. Financing Options:

    • 6-Month Plan: Split your total purchase amount into six equal monthly payments with no interest.
    • 12-Month Plan: Split your total purchase amount into twelve equal monthly payments with no interest if paid in full within the term.
    • 24-Month Plan: Split your total purchase amount into twenty-four equal monthly payments with a low, fixed annual percentage rate (APR).

  3. Down Payment:

    • A down payment of 10% of the total purchase amount is required at the time of purchase.

  4. Interest and Fees:

    • The 6-Month and 12-Month Plans are interest-free if payments are made on time and the balance is paid in full within the term.
    • The 24-Month Plan includes a fixed APR, which will be disclosed upon approval and is subject to the customer's credit profile.
    • Late payments may incur a late fee of $30.

  5. Payment Methods:

    • Monthly payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or automatic payments.
    • Setting up automatic payments is encouraged to ensure timely payments and avoid late fees.

  6. Early Payoff:

    • Customers may pay off the remaining balance of their financing plan early without any prepayment penalties.

  7. Default and Collections:

    • If a payment is missed, we will notify the customer via email or phone.
    • Accounts delinquent for more than 90 days may be sent to collections, and the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.

  8. Return and Exchange Policy with Financing:

    • Items purchased through financing are subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
    • If a returned item was purchased with financing, the payments made will be refunded, and any remaining balance on the financing plan will be adjusted accordingly.

    • Visit any Courtney's Clothes store and speak with a customer service representative to apply for financing.
    • Complete the credit application and provide necessary identification.
    • Approval decisions are typically made within minutes.

  2. Online Application:

    • For online purchases, select the financing option during checkout.
    • Complete the online credit application and provide the required information.
    • Approval decisions are typically made within minutes, and you can proceed with your purchase immediately upon approval.
